2x Cape Grim 1.2kg Tomahawk Steaks - pit roasted in our custom built 6 meter smoker pits over locally sourced iron bark then seared over direct flame, served sliced (please note as the steaks are cooked all to medium - as they are reverse seared they are not presented as traditonal steaks, it will look different as it is pit roasted etc) with Chimichurri Butter
8x Rich Lemon, Herb Butterly Chicken Bone in Thighs
4x Revered Seared Lamb Cutlets with 24 carot gold handle
Creamy Pit Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Dressing
